Camp Time is Coming
Attending summer camp can be a time for experiencing nature and the outdoors, making new friends and learning life skills. Camp is a learning adventure like no other place to learn self-confidence, cooperating with others and life beyond one's own world. Most local 4-H Programs attend 4-H Camp at Rock Springs 4-H Center. Contact your local Extension Office to learn more about 4-H Camping opportunities. Click here to hear Pam VanHorn, State 4-H Specialist, talk about camp.
Kansas 4-H VIP Process

To volunteer for Kansas 4-H, contact your local Extension Office, fill out the Volunteer Information Profile Application and complete an orientation to Kansas 4-H Leadership. Find the online 4-H VIP Orientation here.
National
4-H History Preservation Project
The history of 4-H is one of the most significant and far-reaching stories in America: a story of youth education, community pride and responsibility, personal leadership, and volunteerism. Truly unique - born at the grassroots level and involving special public-private partnerships at the local, state and national levels - it represents the very essence of America's growth.
